John Amaechi is a psychologist, New York Times best-selling author and social entrepreneur working in both the US and Europe. Through his company, Amaechi Performance Systems, he works in industrial/organizational settings with medium to large-sized institutions: business, educational and philanthropic, to help them maximise their human capital.
In the UK, Amaechi works with his own charity, the ABC Foundation, as well as local and national government organizations to improve the standards of coaching and facilities for children in urban communities. By the end of 2008, he took a full Amnesty International Ambassador role, covering the entire spectrum of human rights.
